This Fulfillment Policy outlines our service delivery, refund, and cancellation terms to ensure a transparent and positive experience for our clients when interacting with our website, services, and sales pages.1. Service Delivery Policy
We provide online coaching services through the following programs:
- Core Program: Includes comprehensive onboarding (diet, movement, health assessments), personalized nutrition and workout plans via the Trainerize app, weekly check-ins, 24/7 text support (responses within 24 hours), 1:1 coaching calls (1/month), and access to our client community and group coaching calls/webinars.
- Elite Program: Includes all Core features, plus advanced onboarding (blood work analysis, tailored supplementation), unlimited 1:1 coaching calls, 24/7 proactive text support, Monthly Progress Reports, Metabolic Mastery Toolkit, monthly Success Summits, and gamification in Trainerize.
Onboarding Timeline: Onboarding begins within 2–4 weeks of payment, during which we conduct a comprehensive assessment and set up your account on Trainerize. Clients are expected to complete onboarding tasks (e.g., assessments, app setup) to start their program.Service Expectations: Upon payment, clients receive immediate access to their program via Trainerize. We deliver ongoing support through weekly check-ins, 24/7 text support, and 1:1 coaching calls as outlined above. All services are provided digitally, and no physical goods are shipped.2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Core Program: Refunds are available within the first 14 days of payment if services are not delivered as promised (e.g., onboarding, Trainerize access, or initial plan not provided). No refunds are available after 14 days, as services are considered delivered once onboarding begins.
- Elite Program: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of payment if services are not delivered as promised. No refunds are available after 30 days, as services are considered delivered once onboarding begins.
- Performance-Based Guarantee: If you maintain 80% compliance (tracking meals, workouts, attending check-ins) for the first 30 days of your program and do not see measurable progress (e.g., weight loss, improved energy levels, or other agreed-upon metrics), you may request a refund within 5 business days following the 30-day period. Measurable progress will be assessed based on data tracked in Trainerize (e.g., weight logs, activity logs) and discussed during check-ins. This guarantee applies to both Core and Elite Programs.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, program, and reason for the request. For performance-based refunds, include evidence of 80% compliance (e.g., Trainerize logs). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe, minus any Stripe transaction fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
3. Cancellation Policy
We provide flexible cancellation options for our programs and subscriptions:
- Core and Elite Programs: Clients may cancel their program at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email to [email protected]. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle, and services continue until the end of the notice period. For example, if you cancel on May 1, 2025, services end on May 31, 2025.
- Re-Sign Subscriptions: Clients on month-to-month re-sign subscriptions after completing Core/Elite may cancel with 30 days’ notice via email to [email protected]. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.
- Pausing Programs: In cases of financial hardship or medical issues, clients may pause their program for up to 8 weeks, resuming at no additional cost. Email [email protected] to request a pause. No refunds are provided during pauses.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to facilitate program delivery, including:
- Trainerize: For delivering workout and nutrition plans, tracking progress, and client communication.
- Stripe: For securely processing payments. Stripe transaction fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable.
These third parties are contractually required to maintain the security of your information and use it only for the intended purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best experience and results, clients are responsible for:
- Completing onboarding tasks (e.g., assessments, app setup) within the 2–4 week onboarding period.
- Maintaining 80% compliance with program requirements (e.g., tracking meals, workouts, attending check-ins) to achieve desired outcomes and qualify for the performance-based guarantee.

6. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA): Where applicable, for handling health-related data such as blood work (Elite Program).
